The manufacturing site has state of art infrastructure and is spread over 12,000 sq. mtr. area at an Industrial Zone-MIDC, Roha, Raigad, Maharashtra. The total construction carried out at site is nearly 10,000 sq. mtr.
The site is covered with Tar felt motor able road and has huge storage capacities in its Raw Materials, Packing Material and Finish Goods stores. The entire site is divided into zones like Utilities section, Manufacturing section, Storage section and Effluent Treatment section. The solvents are stored in Under Ground Storage tanks which are approved by Explosives department and have ample of over-the-ground tank farm area to store liquid raw materials. Potable water is supplied by MIDC which passes the drinking water specification as per WHO GMP Norms, the same is further purified at site in order to control the overall quality of potable water used in process and domestic use.
Considering waste management as an important and vital functional responsibilities and in order to comply to the social responsibilities, the company has designed and constructed considerably higher capacity of Effluent Treatment plant. The total size of Bio-reactor for aeration is about 800M3 per day against present load of about only 50M3 per day waste water. We are a member of RIA-CETP and Mumbai waste management for disposals of solid waste.
